Job Description:
Job DescriptionThe Transportation Movement Supervisor manages
the day to day operations Cargo and Troop movement of the
installation transportation support effort. This opening is
contingent on award of this contract.Duties and
Responsibilities:The Transportation Movements Supervisor is
responsible for the day to day operations of the A/DACG and Surface
and Air Deployment Node Support on the installation and AR 5-9
Installation Agreements. Duties include:Assessment and support to
Army Units in support of troop, equipment and supply transportation
requirements for training exercises and deploymentsCoordinate Time
Phased Deployment Data for Air, Land and Sea transportation of
related cargoSupervise loading and offloading operations to include
inspecting and documenting equipment for weight, measurement and
safety requirementsDeveloping and implementing transportation
movement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Attending meetings,
preparing reports and documentation as neededResolving maintenance
issues and requirements identified during the period of performance
of the contract.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Candidate
must demonstrate capability to manage transportation operations in
support of an Army Installation in addition to the following:
Comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, and policies, as
well Airfield Operations Comprehensive knowledge of all installed
product software at the use/operator level and automated data
processing policies and procedures as they pertain to assigned
equipment, both STAMIS and installation desktop computers which
will allow the contractor to solve and/or contact appropriate
technical support to resolve any problem associated with these
systems Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues
and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the
customers Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct
meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working
instructions and must be Hazmat certified. Possess verbal and

Requirements:Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET
ClearanceMust have as a minimum a high school diplomaMust have a
minimum of Five (5) years of documented supervisory experience in
A/DACG and Surface and Air Deployment Node Support Candidate must
possess a valid CDL for light vehicles.
