QualificationsExcellent interpersonal, communication and
facilitation skillsElectrical/Electronic technical degree or 1-3
years of experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical,
hydraulic and pneumatic fields are required and the ability to
demonstrate high proficiency in these areasAbility to work in a
fast-paced manufacturing environmentA thorough knowledge of
electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of
special instruments for diagnostic purposesAbility to work with
limited supervision and follow company safety policies and
proceduresComputer experience/operation and PLC programming are
necessaryWillingness to work across shifts and additional hours as
requiredExcellent organizational skillsManeuverability throughout
facilityAbility to reach, squat, bend, climb and lift 35lbs

requiredResponsibilitiesPosition summary: The Maintenance
Technician Team Member position provides plant support by
conducting, maintaining and repairing electrical, electronic,
mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and
componentsMaintenance Team Members apply knowledge of electrical,
electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment
malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to
operationGeneral purpose: Provides skilled mechanical, electrical,
electronic support to all areas of ManufacturingTroubleshoots and
repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic
equipment including but not limited to programmable controls,
numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test
equipmentPlans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of
electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles,
writing specifications, local and national electrical codes,
properties of various materials, and principles of operation and
application of electronic equipmentInspect and test equipment in
order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or
read work orders or schematic drawings to determine required
repairsInstalls, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance
with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown
and in line with OSHA requirementsAdvises operators and other
mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working
safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and
componentsInforms appropriate management and mechanics of potential
electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers
involvedMaintains company-required performance and maintenance
records for identified equipmentPerforms preventative maintenance
functions as directedAssist maintenance personnel with technical
troubleshootingAssist and trains other maintenance and/or other
technical level employeesPerforms other duties as requiredWork
environment: Work will be primarily performed in a
climate-controlled environment
