motivated Business Analyst to contribute to our evolving culture of
continuous improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with
key stakeholders and other internal enablement functions to analyze
current processes, define requirements, and create collaborative
solutions in prioritized, high-impact areas of Stoneridge's
business. The person in this role will use their passion and skills
for requirement elicitation through thoughtful, end user-focused
methods, critical thinking and problem solving, and facilitating
actionable collaboration and solutioning to support Stoneridge in
bringing its continuous improvement ideas to life.We are seeking
someone with formal training and experience in business analysis,
with transferable skills in change management and process
improvement, who can blend and flex those skills to fit the varying
needs an internal project carries. The Business Analyst will work
with the Program Manager - Continuous Improvement to balance the
strategic and tactical sides of continuous improvement at
Stoneridge, and may be responsible for one or more aspects of
internal projects. This could include solution requirement
elicitation and documentation, business process analysis and
diagramming, identifying and documenting process improvement
opportunities, facilitating collaborative working sessions with
internal teams, defining and documenting future state designs, and
guiding the functional side of testing and validating continuous
improvement efforts.The candidate must be extremely
detail-oriented, able to multitask within a fast-paced environment,
an excellent communicator, and a compassionate collaborator who can
work across a variety of perspectives and quickly navigate any
situation to reach desired goals.**A Day in the Life**+ Serve as
the primary liaison for business analysis efforts for Consulting
Services on assigned continuous improvement priority initiatives+
Coordinate and lead subject matter experts and key internal
stakeholders through discovery for assigned continuous improvement
initiatives, as defined by the Stoneridge Software strategic plan
and Continuous Improvement team priorities based on it+ Collaborate
with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create
improved processes, assets, and solutions relevant to Stoneridge
Software's delivery methodology (Proven Process)+ Partner with
other internal enablement functions (Internal IT and Learning &
Development) to ensure a streamlined and collaborative approach to
discovery for continuous improvement efforts that span the
business+ Support the definition of project scope, goals, and
deliverables as part of the requirements gathering process+ Elicit
and analyze requirements and develop high-level and detailed
business process designs for assigned internal initiatives+ Assist
with writing end user documentation and creating training plans for
continuous improvement initiatives+ Facilitate strategic
envisioning and other types of discovery activities for assigned
continuous improvement initiatives+ Communicate in formal and
informal presentation settings, including small to large-sized
groups, internal project teams, all-company meetings and events;
and develop written communications to address varied styles and
information needs+ Maintain strong organization of work and track
project deliverables using the appropriate Stoneridge tools+
Develop productive working relationships and establish credibility
with internal team members in a way that aligns with Stoneridge
culture and contributes to a positive and healthy workplace
environment+ Track and report progress against plans, and work with
the Program Manager - Continuous Improvement to remove roadblocks+
Consider and embed change management techniques in all aspects of
our approach to business analysis for internal continuous
improvement purposes+ Continuously document and reflect on lessons
learned, and collaborate with the CI team and other key
stakeholders to solidify a continuous improvement mindset across
Stoneridge**Preferred Qualifications**+ 2-3 years of experience as
a Business Analyst or similar role+ Sound knowledge and/or
certifications in Business Analysis methodologies+ Experience
conducting requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis+ Ability to
translate requirements into a solution that meets business needs+
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills+ Excellent
communication skills, including active listening, written, and
verbal+ Transferable experience and skills in change management
and/or process improvement, regardless of formal certification or
title+ Facilitation skills and practice working with small and
large groups across a wide array of perspectives+ Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain
productive, professional, and values-driven working relationships+
Background working in business settings, with staff at various
roles within the organization+ Self-motivated and capable of
operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment+ Willingness
to lean into difficult conversations, and courageous in navigating
conflict+ Qualities of a lifelong learner, reflecting an eagerness
to ask questions, stay curious, question preconceived notions, and
grow through challenge+ Ability to work independently and

Knowledge of and/or experience working within the Dynamics 365
