Job Description:

Advanced Systems Design is seeking an Applications Development Analyst for our client located in Montgomery, AL. Sorry, remote work will not be considered or -negotiated for this position.Job Overview:Our client is working on building a combined eligibility program that will replace several large-scale legacy systems. As part of this project, our client is looking for data conversion specialists with strong experience in SQL server data conversion projects.Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of SQL developer experience or similar role
  • 4 years of SSIS packages, DTS, ETL tools
  • 4 years of data modeling, analysis, generate data reports
  • Proficient with SQL server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, Functions, Export/Import, SQL loader, etc.)
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience performing data migration of relational data
  • Identifying and analyzing source data
  • Transforming data into the required format
  • strong conversion development experience
  • great demonstrable knowledge of logical and physical data modeling using normalizing techniques - - -
  • Strong proficiency with SQL Server
  • Self-organization and time management skills
  • Strong troubleshooting methodology experience, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, legacy team, and peers while participating in discussions with business and leads
  • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and able to work well with the team
  • Values deadlines and completes work on time - - -Preferred Qualifications:
    • ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Core, Angular/React, JQuery, Bootstrap
    • Experience in client-server application development using SQL
    • Strong experience working on data conversion projects for large scaled systems
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
    • SSRS, SSAS experience - - -Education:
      • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience in .NET application development. (Or)
      • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET application development. - - -Education Preferred:
        • -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science. - -Advanced Systems Design, Inc. is:
