The Head of Production is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of manufacturing and production operations at a single large plant/location. This includes overseeing teams and processes related to manufacturing engineering, production operations, repair and maintenance, production planning and control, quality, environmental, and employee health and safety. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and for leading teams of managers to achieve these goals.
