What You'll Be Doing:

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the development and execution of the company's overall
strategy through -
Partner with data and analytics team to automate timely delivery of
required reporting
Help create streamlined internal processes to engage subject matter
experts in the generation of client-specific insights/reporting
Distill key customer insights - value and troubleshooting from
data
Develop succinct and high-impact communication tools and content
for client-specific partnership performance discussions
Sync with operations teams to capture key value 'proof points'
within existing markets
Investigate, test, and help operationalize new performance metrics
to help differentiate NCH
Contribute to strategy to drive client satisfaction, retention, and
Net Promotor Score
The Experience You'll Need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years' experience, healthcare preferred
Critical thinking and analysis
Communicates effectively
Root cause analysis and problem solving
Represents client needs in discussions around standard data needs
and flow between organizations
Support development of KPI benchmarks or targets for use across
client portfolio
Execute on ad-hoc requests and/or facilitate analysis with data
analytics and prepare client-facing materials
Leads requirements gathering for any new report builds; design and
build scaled reports
Create and maintain client education materials/lead report walk
throughs
Participates in external partner meetings where data is being
reviewed to provide any validation on logic or weigh in with
additional supporting information
Ability to plan, align resources and meet deadlines
Collaboration with other key team members
Resourcefulness--ability to procure detailed data and
information
Proven time-management skills and attention to detail
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Experience in healthcare management
Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage
in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to
develop strong relationships

capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the
ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $53000,
plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required
for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary
above and below the stated amounts.
