Appeals and Grievances Intake Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Appeals and Grievances Intake Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Support coordination of appeals and grievances intake, including requesting medical records and member/provider requests
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information
Protect the confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D
Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare-related field
Experience with medical terminology and concepts used in the healthcare delivery system, provider office, or the insurance industry
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products
Advanced technical skills in the use of hardware and software with a high degree of accuracy
