Job Description Job Description This position is for a Termite
Inspector/Christmas Decor Crew Leader. February through September,
you will drive to customers' homes in a company vehicle and perform
the annual termite inspection inside and outside of their homes.
You will have your own calendar, and you will be responsible for
monitoring daily to keep on track for the week. We are looking for
someone independent and friendly with excellent communication
skills. You will also be expected to help as needed with termite
treatments. You must be comfortable crawling under a home to
inspect and treat, and walking and standing for extended periods of
time. There will be ample opportunity to up-sell services to
customers and make sales commissions! We are on a FOUR-DAY WORK
WEEK - applicants must be available 7 am to 6 pm Monday through
Saturday on a rotating schedule (generally 1-2 Saturdays per
month). October through January is the Christmas season - you will
lead a small crew of 2-4 people. You will drive to a client's home
or business and install Christmas lights and decorations. The
ability to work on a roof is preferred but not required. During
this time, we will be on a 5-day-a-week schedule, and overtime is
highly likely. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly Responsibilities:
Communicate with office administrators, management, and customers
in a professional and effective manner. Thoroughly inspect each
property for signs of wood-destroying organisms and properly
document findings. Be very detail-oriented in both termite
inspections as well as Christmas Decor installation. Take care of
and maintain a company vehicle, phone, uniform, and equipment.
Qualifications: A clean driving record is a MUST. Experience in
pest or termite control, home service businesses, or sales is a
