Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our presence in the Columbus and Auburn areas . This role focuses on building relationships with property managers, schools, healthcare facilities, insurance professionals, and other organizations that may need cleaning and restoration services. Your success will come from networking, vendor list approvals, and consistent outreach to decision-makers. The goal: generate referrals, schedule appointments, and drive revenue for Vodas cleaning and restoration services. Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential referral partners (property managers, schools, healthcare, businesses, insurance reps, etc.). Schedule and conduct meetings to present Vodas services. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and referral sources through regular follow-up. Attend networking events, trade organizations, and community meetings to represent Voda. Deliver group presentations to prospective organizations. Track sales activity and provide weekly/monthly reports. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experiences. Qualifications Prior sales, business development, or account management experience preferred (restoration or service industry a plus). Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable with outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits). Must have a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM experience helpful). Compensation Base Salary: $30,000/year Commission: 510% on sales after meeting monthly targets Estimated First-Year Earnings: $35,000$45,000 (uncapped based on performance) Top performers can earn significantly more the goal for this role is to drive at least 5 their base salary in new business.
