Position Purpose: The Territory Manager reports directly to the
Sales Manager and is responsible for identifying and closing new
business opportunities within your geographic territory, calling on
assigned chain accounts within assigned territory, and overseeing
sales reps within assigned territory. This role involves working
directly with convenience store owners and operators on a daily
basis to build strong partnerships and relationships to expand
market share and increase revenue. This individual should possess
strong attention to detail, critical thinking, communication skills
and a drive to win. This position will be assigned to the Southeast
Alabama, Southwest Georgia and the Florida Panhandle Territories.
This position will require 80% travel within this assigned
geographic region in a company provided vehicle. Some overnight
stays may be required. Benefits: BCBS health, dental and vision

Responsibilities: Strong understanding and execution of ADC’s Core
Values in a safe and ethical manner. Cold call within your
geographic territory to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential customers by growing and leveraging your network.
Understand and articulate Andalusia Distributing’s products and
service portfolio. Partner with Territory Sales Representatives to
help identify potential customers along with building strong
relationships with current customer base. Oversee Territory Sales
Representatives within assigned territory to ensure quality
performance. Work with Andalusia Distributing leadership to develop
proposals for potential customers. Manage entire sales process:
Prospect, qualify, needs development, value proposition and close.
Track all sales activities through CRM tool, identifying
opportunities within your geographic territory. Stay current on
market trends, competition, new products and services and
distribution opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 5 years of B2B selling experience (Customer Facing
and Cold Calling). Sales professional with experience and track
record of growing market share. Excellent selling, negotiation and
communication skills. Ability to manage territory and time
efficiently. Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to lift totes which may weigh up to
50 pounds. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills: Wholesaler Distributor or Consumer Packaged Goods
