Job Description Job Description Finish Coordinator Finish Coordinator Position Overview The Finish Coordinator main responsibility with be handling the punch lists on projects. They will collaborate closely with Superintendents, project managements, subcontractors, property manager and owners. This individual must have the ability to lead subcontractors and have technical skills with Procore. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the finishing phase of construction projects Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks Create and manage punch lists, ensuring all items are addressed before project handover Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and schedules Assist in resolving any on-site issues that arise during the finishing process Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status Qualifications Proven experience in the construction industry Familiarity with punch list creation and management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field is preferred - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
