The Registered Nurse will employ theoretical principles to guide
their clinical decisions, focusing on assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care for adult
and geriatric patients, adhering to established nursing standards.
Candidates are expected to report to facilities within the
designated regional area of their home hospital. The specific
facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the
leadership team. Position Overview: Location: Southwest Missouri
Region Department: Regional Resource/Float Pool - Medical/Surgical

service Position Summary: We are actively looking for skilled
nurses to fill the role of Regional Resource RNs . Available shifts
include both full-time and part-time night positions. Nurses in
these roles will have the flexibility to self-schedule and must be
willing to travel to nearby facilities within a 90-mile radius of
their home address. Available Facilities Include: Springfield
Joplin Carthage Aurora Cassville Mountain View Lebanon Mercy
Orthopedic Hospital (Ozark, MO) Pittsburg, KS Currently, the only
unit available for this position is Med/Surg (Nights) . We strongly
encourage candidates who can work night shifts to apply!

Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an accredited professional
nursing program. Licensure: Valid RN license from the State Board
of Nursing in the relevant state or a current temporary work
permit. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in your
specialty within the last 12 months. Certifications: Med/Surg and
Behavioral Health: BLS certification required. Physical
Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50
lbs. Prolonged standing and walking required during each shift.
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as
