This position is ideal for a highly organized, dependable professional seeking a stable, part-time opportunity in a collaborative office environment. The role focuses on administrative support, office coordination, and assisting internal teams with daily operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and internal communications Maintain organized filing systems-digital and physical Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar updates Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reports Help ensure smooth daily office operations and supply management Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Reliable and comfortable working fully on-site Schedule & Compensation On-site only in Troy, MI Tues/Wed/Thurs - 8 hours/day Contract length: 5-6 months Pay: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Tracey Callahan Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
