Job Description Job Description Bookkeeper - Part-time Malvern, PA Part-Time (Approx. 10 hours/week, 2 days/week) Compensation: ~$22/hour Role: A family-owned construction services company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the office manager and owner in the day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with a stable, close-knit and growing organization. This is for the experienced bookkeeper that's looking to step back from full time hours, the bookkeeper that is looking to step back into the workforce, etc. Responsibilities: Assist the Office Manager and Owner by bringing accounting and QuickBooks expertise Manage invoicing and billing processes Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks (Desktop) Handle basic accounts payable and receivable Assist with general bookkeeping and light accounting tasks Ensure accuracy and organization of financial data Qualifications Associates Degree or higher is preferred 3 years in a bookkeeping role with a strong background in QuickBooks Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry Working Situation: This will be an in office part-time position with some flexibility. The starting time will be between 8AM and 9AM with 5 hours per day 2 days a week. Ideally, two days in the middle of the week.
