be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) care in
Tuscaloosa, AL. This contract role requires a dedicated

The position involves working a 40-hour week with a 5x8 schedule,
including holiday shifts and every other weekend coverage.
Flexibility to float between units and hospitals within the system
is essential. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and
directing care while maintaining professional nursing standards.
The role demands strong leadership skills to supervise and support
the nursing team, including LPNs, PCAs, and other support staff.
Circulating during procedures is a primary function, ensuring
safety and efficiency in the operating room environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Associate degree in nursing
required Registered Nurse licensed in Alabama or Compact Nurse
Licensure accepted (no temporary licenses) Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
required (AHA or Red Cross) Minimum of 2 years nursing experience,
preferably 18 months with 1 year in CVOR specialty Proven ability
to supervise and lead a team effectively Located in Tuscaloosa,
