Logistics Coordinator - Out of Geographical (OOG)
+ Coordinate installations and service contract setup request
for customers located outside XSE service area.
+ Complete and submit all necessary documentation to XBS core
for machine installation and service contract setup inside their
local service area.
+ Process all 2GS orders for Xerox equipment installations not
covered by an XBS core in Valuequix.
+ Scan OOG documentation to the OOG shared drive.
+ Track all OOG orders to ensure orders are being processes and
installed in a timely manner.
+ Process all OOG equipment purchases in eAuto by creating and
receiving purchase orders, adding serial numbers to open orders and
shipping the order in eAuto.
+ Provide all necessary paperwork to XSE Lease Administrative
and Service Contract departments for billing and contract
Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time

Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment,
as well as part of a team.
Proficient in computer skills
Possesses the ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex
