Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering
exceptional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
This role emphasizes assessing patient needs, updating care plans,
and overseeing nursing personnel. The RN fosters collaborative
teamwork across disciplines and ensures compliance with healthcare
regulations to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional
well-being of patients. Various shift options are available, along
with sign-on bonuses and pathways for professional advancement
within a well-regarded healthcare organization. $7,000 Sign-on
Bonus for Full-time RNs; Available Shifts: Days, Evenings, or
Nights. Located just west of the Metro area, our beautiful mountain
community of Evergreen is easily accessible. A mileage
reimbursement program is available for those traveling 25 miles or
more. Additional compensation for Night Shift. Opportunities for

skilled Registered Nurse to enhance our professional team. Every

of our interdisciplinary team, the RN provides quality nursing care
through direct patient interaction, ensuring that patients achieve
or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial health in
line with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational
standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient
needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as
necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Daily, you will
also provide clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs. Education,
Experience, and Licensure Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s
degree in Nursing. Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the applicable state, maintained in good standing throughout
employment. Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled
nursing. CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained
during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
Specific Job Requirements Implement and interpret departmental
programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate
excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards
patients. Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
Communicate and collaborate productively within an
